No returns
3DPrintedGames does not accept returns. Every item is printed to order in plastic, and return shipping usually costs more than the item. Instead of returns, we offer reprints of broken or defective parts.
Reprints for broken or defective items
If your item arrives broken, or has a defective part, we can reprint the affected parts and ship them to you.
To request a reprint, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- photos of the packaging it arrived in
- your order number or receipt
Use the chat button on any page of the site. We review every request and decide case by case. Depending on the problem, we may reprint a single part or the whole item.
Shipping for reprints
If your item arrives broken when you take it out of the packaging, we cover the cost of shipping the reprinted parts to you. For other approved reprints, you may need to pay for shipping.
What isn't covered
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery.
- Damage from use, such as repeated drops, heavy objects placed on or against the item, or other rough handling.
- Normal wear. Like any plastic item, hinges and snap-fit parts can loosen over time with regular use. That is expected and isn't a defect.
- Normal signs of 3D printing, like fine layer lines or small color differences between prints. See Size & Care.
Digital downloads
Digital files can't be returned or refunded once they've been delivered. If a file won't download or open, contact us and we'll help or send it again.
