Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a physical and digital product?

Physical products are finished, printed items that I ship to you. Digital products are the print files themselves (a 3MF on every design, with STL files also included on the plain Slim box and playmat tube), delivered by email so you can print them on your own printer.

How long does a physical order take?

Everything is made to order. Printing and packing take 1–3 days, and shipping within the US typically takes another 5–7 days. See the FAQ for more details.
