FAQ

A physical product is a finished, printed item that I make and ship directly to you. A digital product is the set of print files for that same design (a 3MF on every design, with STL and SVG files included on some — each product page lists exactly what you receive), delivered by email so you can print it yourself on your own 3D printer. If you would like the finished box without the printing, choose the physical version. If you already own a printer and enjoy making things, the digital version is for you.

At this time I ship within the United States only. Every physical item is made to order: printing and packing take 1–3 days, and shipping typically takes another 5–7 days once it is on its way. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

I do not take custom orders. Every design in the shop has been carefully tested and refined, and I would rather offer a smaller catalog that I can stand behind than take on one-off requests. New designs are added regularly, so please check back or sign up for drop notifications at the bottom of any page.

I print in PLA, and PETG is launching soon. PLA is a rigid, crisp-detailed material that suits most everyday use. PETG is slightly tougher and more heat-resistant, which makes it a good choice if your box will be tossed in a bag or left in a warm car. The colors you see on the site match the finished product: each deck box photo is of the actual printed piece, so you can pick your color with confidence.

The Slim Commander Deck Box holds 100 double-sleeved cards, or 100 single-sleeved cards plus 10 tokens. There isn't room for tokens on top of a double-sleeved deck. The front toploader displays your commander face-out, and the lid snaps shut so your deck stays secure while traveling.

Digital files are licensed for personal use only. You can print them for yourself, but you may not share, resell or redistribute the files, print copies for other people, or sell prints made from them. A license notice stating this is included with every download.

Returns aren't accepted, but I can reprint broken or defective parts. Within 14 days of delivery, message me using the chat button in the corner of any page with photos of the item and the packaging it came in, plus your order number. If it arrived broken in the box, I cover the shipping on the reprint. See the Refund Policy for the full details.

Checkout is handled securely through Shopify, so you can pay with any of the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards and digital wallets depending on your device.
