Kaalia of the Vast Commander Deck Box: A 3D Printable Mardu Deck Box

Kaalia of the Vast has been one of Commander’s best-known Mardu legends since the original Commander decks in 2011, and her deck deserves a box that looks the part. The Kaalia of the Vast Slim Commander Deck Box is now available as a digital download, so you can print your own copy at home.

Designed around Kaalia’s colors and her crew

Kaalia is a white, black, and red legendary Human Cleric. Whenever she attacks an opponent, you may put an Angel, Demon, or Dragon from your hand onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. I built the box around that idea. The body is red and black, the lid carries gold Plains, Swamp, and Mountain symbols for her three colors, and the back shows an angel, a dragon, and a demon: the three creature types she brings into every fight.

Her name runs along the side in gold, so you can find the right deck on a crowded shelf. On the front, a recessed toploader window displays your commander card.

What’s in the digital download

  • 1 ready-to-print 3MF file with my own print settings already set, so you can load it and print.
  • 4 SVG files: the Kaalia demon art, plus the Plains, Swamp, and Mountain mana symbols.
  • A personal-use license. Print it for yourself only. Sharing or reselling the files, printing for other people, or selling prints isn't allowed.

No STL files are included with this design. You can print it in any filament colors you have, but the red, black, and gold scheme in these photos is the one I recommend for a Mardu deck.
